Contracts and service delivery
A contract captures the services you’ve agreed to deliver to an organisation — for example a block of sessions for a school — and tracks delivery against it.

The contract at a glance
Section titled “The contract at a glance”Each contract shows its title, status, start and end dates, billing frequency and total value. What you can edit depends on the status, and a contract can only be deleted while it’s still a draft.
Services and delivery
Section titled “Services and delivery”The services table lists each service with its quantity, unit price, and how many sessions have been delivered and invoiced. A progress bar shows how much is left, with warnings as a service nears (amber) or reaches (red) its limit. The delivered count links to the appointments that count towards it.
Clients and documents
Section titled “Clients and documents”Link the clients covered by the contract, each with their allocated vs delivered sessions so you can see who has capacity left. You can also attach contract documents.
Invoicing a contract
Section titled “Invoicing a contract”When a contract is active or completed, use generate invoice to pull its uninvoiced services straight onto a draft invoice — see Creating invoices.
