Settings → Data covers exporting your data, clearing sample data, and — if you ever need to — deleting your account.

Exporting your data (GDPR)

Download all your practice data in one go, as either:

• JSON — a single structured file, or
• CSV — five files covering clients, guardians, appointments, notes and invoices.

Exports include client records, guardians, appointment history, clinical/SOAP notes, and invoices — useful for data subject access requests or moving your records.

Data retention

Panels here explain how your data is protected — encryption of active data, a 30-day window on soft-deleted records, backups, and how long audit logs are kept.

Caution

Deleting your account is permanent and removes your data — you’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.
