Export for audit

When you’re asked to evidence your supervision — an HCPC audit, an RCSLT check, or your own records — you can export your whole supervision record as a print-ready PDF, covering whatever period you need.

Exporting your record

1. On the supervision dashboard, choose a date range for the export:

   • Last 12 months
   • Current HCPC year — aligned to your HCPC registration period
   • Last 2 years
   • Custom — pick your own start and end dates

2. Choose Export PDF. Practicos builds the document and downloads it.

What’s in the PDF

The export is a complete, audit-ready record for the period you chose:

• Summary — your totals for the period (number of sessions and hours) and how regular your supervision has been.
• Every session — date, duration, supervision type and format, each topic with its discussion, and — importantly for audit — your reflections and the impact on your practice.
• Follow-up actions — with their status and due dates.
• Provenance — a footer confirming the document was generated from your Practicos supervision record, so it stands up as evidence.

Tip

HCPC audits a sample of registrants at renewal and looks for regular, reflective supervision — not just that it happened, but what you took from it. The Current HCPC year range and the per-topic reflection/impact detail are designed around exactly that.

Note

This export is your full record — it includes your private reflections, impact notes and any costs or safeguarding notes, because it’s for your own audit. That’s different from the PDF you share with attendees, which never shows anyone else’s private reflections.
