August 2026 — a dashboard that's actually yours

This update makes the numbers you see trustworthy: your dashboard now shows your day rather than the whole practice’s, and the outstanding-notes counts across Practicos all mean the same thing.

The dashboard’s My View previously showed whole-practice numbers. Now your stat cards (My Clients, Today, This Week, No-show Rate), today’s appointments, Notes To-Do, recent and inactive clients, session-frequency reminders and EHCP reviews are all about you — your appointments, and the clients where you’re the named therapist.

Financial cards still cover the whole practice — money belongs to the practice, not a person. Owners and managers can switch to Team View for the whole-practice picture, exactly as before.

The Settings → Features page — turning practice modules like invoicing on or off — is now available to managers as well as owners. Billing remains owner-only.

Practice-wide things now say “practice”

Section titled “Practice-wide things now say “practice””

Anything that covers everyone now says so consistently: the team dashboard’s notes alert reads “across the practice”, and a calendar block for everyone offers to “block bookings for the whole practice”.

Two fixes make every outstanding-notes number in Practicos mean the same thing:

  • A session whose note had been deleted and rewritten could still appear in the Outstanding Notes report and the Today and dashboard counts, even though its note was written. If a session has a note, it no longer shows as needing one.
  • On Today, the Outstanding Notes section now follows your My day / Whole practice choice like the rest of the page, and the dashboard’s Notes To-Do badge shows your own true total (its list still focuses on the last 7 days — and now says so).

Options you don’t have permission for used to appear for a moment and then vanish while your role was checked. Menu items now appear only once confirmed.
