Achievements
Running a practice is a lot of small wins that rarely get celebrated — Achievements notices them for you: sessions delivered, clients supported, notes written and more, grouped so you can see how far you’ve come.
Viewing your milestones
Section titled “Viewing your milestones”The Achievements page groups everything you’ve earned by category — Getting Started, Caseload Growth, Clinical Activity, Practice Efficiency, Feature Exploration, Loyalty & Tenure and Community — each with a badge, a tier (Getting Started through Expert and Exceptional), and, for the ones you haven’t earned yet, a progress bar towards the next threshold.
Two stat cards sit at the top: how many achievements you’ve earned, and an estimate of the time you’ve saved by using Practicos — built from real counts (notes written, invoices sent, clients added and more). Select the time-saved card for the full breakdown by activity.
In a multi-therapist practice, switch between My Achievements and Practice Achievements to see your own milestones or the whole practice’s combined ones; solo practitioners see everything in one view.
Sharing an achievement
Section titled “Sharing an achievement”Select Share on anything you’ve earned to open a share window: choose the display name it shows (your first name and last initial by default), optionally include your practice’s name, then share to LinkedIn or Facebook, or copy a public link. You can revoke a share at any time, which takes the public link down.
Controlling what you see
Section titled “Controlling what you see”In Settings → Achievements, choose how much shows up:
- Show all achievements (default) — practice and personal milestones both.
- Practice achievements only — hide your individual milestones.
- Snooze for 30 days — hide achievements everywhere, with an automatic return afterwards.
- Disable achievements — hide them entirely, until you turn them back on.
