Share a supervision session with the peers who attended
Section titled “Share a supervision session with the peers who attended”If you record a group or peer supervision session, you can now share it with everyone who was there. Attendees enter a simple access code to view the shared facts, download a print-ready PDF for their own CPD records, and confirm their attendance — no Practicos account needed. Your private reflections, costs and safeguarding notes are never shared.

A full help centre
Section titled “A full help centre”You’re looking at it! Every part of Practicos now has a step-by-step guide with screenshots — from adding your first client to exporting supervision evidence for an HCPC audit. It’s searchable (press /), and every guide shows light or dark screenshots to match your theme.
Help, right where you are
Section titled “Help, right where you are”Every main screen in Practicos now has a small Help link at the top. It opens the guide for the page you’re on — so if you’re partway through booking a series of appointments or setting up an invoice, the instructions are one click away, in a new tab, without losing your place.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”A clearer calendar
Section titled “A clearer calendar”Appointment blocks now always show who the appointment is with, even when two sessions sit side-by-side. The client’s name gets its own line, with the time and session type below it — and on narrow blocks the details tuck away neatly rather than squeezing the name out.

Privacy
Section titled “Privacy”We’ve switched off a third-party analytics connection inside our sign-in provider, so less data leaves your browser. No action needed.
- Contracts open correctly — clicking a school or organisation contract now takes you to the contract itself (services, delivery progress, linked children) rather than back to the organisation’s page.
- The Today view no longer shows an error when you have a session still to come — it loads reliably through the day.
- A rare stability issue that could interrupt background tasks has been resolved.
