July 2026 update
A small update with one new tool and a couple of fixes.
Delete a signed clinical note
Section titled “Delete a signed clinical note”If a note was signed against the wrong child — or was simply entered in error — a practice owner or manager can now delete it. Open the signed note and choose Delete; you’ll be asked for a short reason and to type the client’s name to confirm, so it can’t happen by accident. The note is removed from the record and the deletion is kept in your audit trail. Once a note is deleted, the appointment it belonged to shows as needing a note again, ready for the correct one. Practitioners and administrators don’t see this option.
See Signing and correcting notes.
Improved
Section titled “Improved”Longer recurring bookings
Section titled “Longer recurring bookings”When you tick Repeat weekly on a new appointment, you can now choose any number of weeks up to 20 — so counts like 9 that weren’t offered before are now available.
Cancelling appointments works reliably
Section titled “Cancelling appointments works reliably”Cancelling an appointment from the calendar sometimes did nothing — the confirmation closed without actually cancelling it. That’s fixed. Cancelling a group session now cancels the whole session (every child in that slot); to cancel just one child, open them from the attendee list and cancel from their record. We’ve also removed a confirmation message that wrongly said the client would be notified — cancelling an appointment doesn’t send the client a message.
